Founder and Partner, John LaBarbera
John became a licensed real estate agent in 1975 and opened his own agency a decade later. REALTY EXPRESS LaBarbera has proudly served Hoboken and the Hudson County area since this time.
In 1986, John purchased his first property in Hoboken, and in 1988, he became a Director of both the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Board of Realtors, positions which he held until September 2001.  John has also served as President of the Hudson County Board of Realtors and the MLS, and was selected as the 1998 Hudson County REALTOR of THE YEAR. In 1999, he was elected President of the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.   John has decades of experience in the areas of development, construction, zoning and construction code.

Partner; Christopher R. Burk
Christopher’s expertise spans residential construction, business strategy, customer service, finance and technology.  As a Partner of REALTY EXPRESS LaBarbera Property Management, licensed REALTOR/Associate, and President and manager of his Condominium Association in Hoboken, he applies his unique mix of skills to meet the needs of the property owner and Hudson County resident.  Christopher graduated from Frostburg State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, and a minor in Public Relations.

Vincent’s career began with REALTY EXPRESS LaBarbera in 1997, and he has been a licensed Realtor/Associate since 1998.  As an experienced Property Manager and founding member of REALTY EXPRESS LaBarbera Property Management, Vincent’s expertise lends a deep understanding of the mechanics of an efficiently and profitably run property.  Vincent has extensive experience with condominium conversions, NJ Department of Community Affairs guidelines and new construction.
